Connecting Care is one of Alberta's largest operators of supportive living. We have sites in Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Lloydminster, Vegreville, Two Hills County and Oyen. We will soon be in Wainwright, Lethbridge, Red Deer, Cold Lake, Peace River and Grande Prairie.
Services we can provide include operations management; health management (DAL & Home Care); life lease; seniors condominium management; consulting; development and training.
Over 80% of our Health Care Aides are Certified and we are Eden Alternative trained.
