Connecting Care is an Alberta based operator, consultant and developer of Seniors Supportive Living, managing many projects thoughtout Alberta, and one in Langley, British Columbia.
Connecting Care is one of Alberta's largest operators of Supportive Living. We have sites in Edmonton, Calgary, Grande Prairie, Medicine Hat, Lloydminster, Vegreville, Two Hills County, Oyen, Myrnam, Fort Saskatchewan, Wainwright and Lethbridge. We will soon be in Cold Lake, Peace River and Stettler, Alberta.
Services we can provide include Operations Management; health management (DSL, DSL Dementia Care, LTC & Home Care); life lease; seniors condominium management; consulting; development and training.
Over 80% of our Health Care Aides are Certified and we are Eden Alternative trained.
